Hello,

Thank you so much for your order, I truly appreciate your business. Below is some

information that I hope helps with your order.

Custom orders and handmade orders are made with time, love and detail, but because they are handmade there may be some

slight imperfections.


If an incorrect address was provided please email  luxedesigns831@gmail.com must provide your order # and the correct shipping address within 24 hours of the order being placed. The shop is not responsible for reshipping of items if an incorrect address was provided at checkout. 


Current shipping time frames are listed on my website, if you placed your order via Etsy

please refer to Etsy for shipping times frames.


After shipping has been made, the delivery of your item is no longer my responsibility.

This includes lost/stolen items or errors in delivery. 


If there are any concerns with your order, please email me within 2 business days from

receiving your order. Requests made outside this time frame may not be accepted.

Please include the following information. Your order number in the subject line, a

short description of the concern and photos if possible. I will do my very best to address

your concerns. If you order via Etsy please follow their protocols to contact me.

Please allow me 5 business days to return your message. As I am the customer service

team and have set days of the week I reply to emails.


All questions and concerns must be e-mailed or via Etsy if that is where you placed your

order. Please do not DM me on any other platform regarding orders placed.


Freebies may not be included in every order. They are included in orders as they are

available to me. I try to keep them in stock and love to include them in every order but

sometimes that is not possible. Unfortunately, I cannot hold off on shipping orders out

based on available freebies.

 

Free Shipping for over $100 at this time only applies to US orders and not international.
